How to get the most out
of your massage...
-
Be receptive and open to the process.
-
Do not eat just before your massage session.
-
If you do not want to remove your clothing, wear
garments that will allow the therapist to touch and massage the areas of
your body you wish to have work on.
-
Give the clinic representative accurate health
information.
-
Feel free to give feedback to the therapist regarding
the massage.
-
Breathing helps to facilitate relaxation.
-
Drink extra water after your massage.
-
Allow for some open, quiet time after your massage.
-
The therapeutic effects of massage are cumulative.
The more often you receive a massage, the better you will feel. From one
session to the next, relaxation deepens as the chronic patterns of
stress in the body are released.
Massage Note:
Women who are pregnant, or those with serious health conditions (Diabetes,
Cancer, etc) will need to bring a clearance note from their doctor prior
to services. Please contact our clinic prior to service if you have any
questions regarding a health condition.
