Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is the most common and popular massage style offered at
the HVSMT Student Clinic. Swedish Massage combines long strokes, kneading,
and friction strokes with gentle joint movements. It promotes general
relaxation and stress reduction. In addition, blood circulation and flexibility
are increased, with relief of muscle tension and soreness.
Shiatsu Massage
45 Minutes / $40
1.5 Hours / $80
An Oriental system based upon meridians or energy pathways throughout
the body. Pressure applied with the thumb stimulates the "chi" or energy
of the body. Client will remain dressed during procedure and should wear
loose comfortable clothing as this type of work involves stretching and
may be done on a padded floor mat. Client is left feeling energized and
awakened.
Massage Note:
Women who are pregnant, or those with serious health
conditions (Diabetes, Cancer, etc) will need to
bring a clearance note from their doctor prior to
services. Please contact our clinic prior to service
if you have any questions regarding a health
condition.
